Inspired by his Uncle Dave, a Challenger Little League baseball player and Special Olympics athlete, Luc D’Andrea founded Juststole3rd to offer baseball instruction and mentorship to all athletes regardless of social, physical, or mental disabilities.

Juststole3rd is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by a volunteer Youth Board and supported by the generosity of family, friends, and sponsors.

We invite special needs athletes of all ages and abilities to participate at no cost in our baseball clinics and sandlot games. Most of our clinics and games are run in the baseball off-season when our coaches are available. They are usually one hour long.

We believe baseball should be accessible to all regardless of social, physical, and mental disabilities. Our programs deliver a fun and safe environment where players pair with a coach for 1-on-1 instruction during clinics and pick-up games. Our coaches are kind, inclusive, and experienced athletes who are classroom and community leaders.

We happily accept donations to help fund our programs instead of charging a registration fee.

Community. We take great care of each other and take pride in keeping our ballparks, fields, and facilities clean and safe.

Growth. We welcome failure as an opportunity to improve and believe tomorrow is another chance to try again.
